To comply with a streamlined energy performance certificate scheme and changes to tenancy deposit protection in the Localism Act 2011 which come into force on April 6th. we have implemented:

1. Changes to the TDS prescribed information clauses.

2. EPC's entire first page (as a PDF) can now be generated.

What's new in the latest version

Full Integration with Metropix for producing floorplans.

This will enable Rentman to print the floorplan on any relevant document and include the floorplan URL link when uploading property details to property portals such as Rightmove
