Yorkshire independent adds two more agency purchases

Yorkshire lettings business Linley & Simpson has continued its expansion drive with two new acquisitions.
It has bought Lets-Move.net as well as the lettings arm of Davis estate agents for undisclosed sums.
Staff from both these companies will be retained, with Linley & Simpson’s new lettings office working out of the former Davis offices at North Street, Ripon.
“We have served the Ripon area for many years through our Harrogate office and the opening of a new branch there is a natural progression for us,” said director Will Linley. “It fulfils the wishes of our clients and will enable us to meet rising demand.
“It creates the perfect platform for taking our specialist letting expertise into new areas where demand for rented property continues to increase.”
Linnley & Simpson recently acquired two other letting specialists, Yard Properties and Mint Move, both in Leeds.
The firm now has nine offices.
