Use of floorplans doubles

The use of floor plans by estate agents has doubled in 18 months, according to a survey by Metropix
The research, which sampled 250 properties of varying sizes and locations to identify whether they are being marketed with a visible floor plan, found that 51% had one. This compares with 25% of properties 18 months ago.
Brian Farrell, director of Metropix, said: “Home buyers and sellers now expect floor plans on marketing literature as standard, and our survey findings echo this.”
