Survey shows contentment with landlords

Positive residential lettings news in Scotland will be revealed later today by the nation's housing and communities minister, Alex Neil.
This comes after the Scottish government indicated to the BBC that a recent survey found there are high satisfaction levels among private tenants north of the border.
Both landlords and lettings property were commended in the study, which will be revealed in more detail at an event run by the Association of Scottish Landlords later today.
Following the research, ministers in Scotland could be set to give landlords in the country a more prominent role in the housing system.
The Scottish Association of Landlords' major conference and exhibition is currently taking place at Dynamic Earth in Scotland's capital city.
Various legislative issues concerning property owners will be covered, while Mr Neil will launch the Scottish Government review of the private rented sector during his keynote speech.
