South west presents good investment opportunity

The popularity of the south west means that it presents a good investment opportunity, and industry expert has claimed.
Recent research indicated that the region has received more internal migrants than anywhere else in Britain, attracting some 440,000 people between 1996 and 2006.
The Southwest Property Network explained that region is particularly appealing to city-dwellers who want to get "a better way of life".
Rob McCabe, a spokesperson for the association, said that better weather, beaches, forests and countryside proved a great attraction for people.
He added that the south west was experiencing a huge growth in property development, good news for landlords looking to invest in the area.
"There are lots of little pockets down in Devon and all around Exeter, which has vastly grown with the past few years of building, really rocketed ahead," he said.
"New suburbs have been created and there are great opportunities. There is a wealth of various properties to be had."
