CFP, a supplier of software to the lettings industry, has launched a fully automated service which gives letting agents the opportunity to upload property details to ten portals, including Rightmove, and to Google Maps Property Search.
The Digital portals, FindaProperty and Primelocation – which have not signed up to Google – are are not part of the offering.
The portals that CFP customers will be able to sign up for include Globrix, Zoopla, PropertyLive and MousePrice.
Mark Goddard, group managing director of GMG Property Services, which owns CFP, said: “This is a fantastic new service that will be a definite benefit to CFP’s customers as it gives them the opportunity to further advertise their properties on a number of the UK’s key property portals, effortlessly.
“It is a very quick and simple process, as once they have registered with their chosen portals, an automated datafeed is activated via their software and the details are then uploaded.
“The aim of this service is to ensure that CFP’s customers are able to reach a wider audience in a more targeted way. As the internet and property portals are the prime search tools for those looking to rent, it is important for lettings agents to increase their online presence.”
