Letting agents Savills have appointed a new head of lettings for the western and home counties, it has been revealed.
Tanya Blake will become responsible for driving the lettings business for the agent in this difficult financial period.

She told the Henley Standard: "In the light of such an active lettings market, this is an exciting and challenging role and I am thrilled to have the opportunity to work with such professional and experienced lettings teams in the regions."
Meanwhile, the residential lettings agent recently made around 15 of its staff redundant from its Manchester Office.
Last week Savills also sold its 50 per cent stake inthe Infinergy wind farm, which will net it an estimated pre-tax profit of around £17 million.
