Savills and New York estate agents join forces

The number of Americans buying property in the UK has increased by 65% since 2008, according to Savills.
The company has linked up with New York realtors Stribling & Associates.
Jeremy Helsby, chief executive officer of Savills, said: “There is terrific synergy between our two residential client bases and business sectors, and we firmly believe that this relationship will offer both buyers and sellers of residential property on each side of the Atlantic a level of advice and service that is second to none.”
