Letting agents and estate agents across the UK were rewarded at an annual ceremony earlier this month.
Property management and general customer service were among the skills judged in this year's Estate Agent and Letting Agent Awards.
The ceremony, which took place at the Marriott Hotel on Grosvenor Square, London were hosted by Location Location Location presenter Phil Spencer. Some 400 guests attended the evening.
Various categories were set up for the awards, including Best Small Chain, Best Large Chain and Most Trusted Agent.
The best letting agents in Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales and London were also recognised, as were the top performers in the north, central, south-west, south-east and southern parts of England.
Estate agents had more categories, including best Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors-backed firm.
Companies who missed out on an award, which resulted in a trophy and ongoing customer service performance tracking, may find they benefit from using letting agency software.
