Photos 'fundamental' to attracting interest, expert says

Estate agents should provide images when marketing their properties online to attract interest from potential buyers, an expert has said.
Mark Milner, chief executive of online estate agents Primelocation.com, commented that buyers view the availability of images as a "prerequisite" when viewing properties online.
His advice could also interest estate agents with lettings businesses who could be considering property software to try and improve the marketing of their homes to potential tenants.
Mr Milner said price is of key importance, but indicated that property management is also important in attracting custom.
"Most buyers looking at properties are turned off by messy homes with peeling wallpaper and mouldy window frames," he noted.
The advice comes after research by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors published this month showed that the average number of transactions per estate agency fell from 10.6 in November to 10.1 in December.
