Online letting agent launches webinar

An online letting agent is launching what it claims is the first webinar of its kind in the sector.

Upad.co.uk said that Avoid the Voids will give landlords the opportunity to ask questions of property experts, such as Ray Boulger from Charcoal Independent Mortgage Specialists and Alan Ward from the Residential Landlord Association.

James Ward, the chief executive of the online letting agent, will also be on hand to answer any questions landlords have.

He said although the number of private landlords has increased by more than 150 per cent, many can improve the way they market their properties.

"Many landlords are losing money unnecessarily and this webinar will give the opportunity for them to learn how to avoid the voids from some of the top property professionals in their fields," commented Mr Davis.
