NLA launches best deal buy-to-let service

A new independent sourcing and quoting system for residential landlords seeking buy-to-let mortgages has been launched by the National Landlords Association (NLA).
The new service also offers landlords a range of mortgages that are not available in the wider market.
It is also free to use, which will help landlords to save money that may have otherwise been spent on brokers fees during the current period of financial difficultly.
David Salusbury, chairman of the NLA, claims that a landlord using the service will also save time.
He said: "It is easy to spend hours on the internet entering and re-entering your personal and financial information, only to find out you do not fit a particular lender's criteria."
"With relatively few buy-to-let mortgages now available, it is very important to be on-the-ball and only looking at products which actually fit your expected rental income."
The NLA also offers a cash-back guarantee of 0.275 per cent to members that remortgage their entire portfolio using the system.
