The NLA announced today (Monday, April 14th) the launch of a brand new service to aid buy-to-let landlords looking to expand their portfolios.
NLA Mortgages is a free service which makes it easier for property investors to research the range of buy-to-let mortgage deals available to them, proposing a range of products from many popular lenders.
In addition, a minimum 0.25 per cent of the loan advance will be given back to NLA members for every mortgage placed through the service.
David Salusbury, chairman of the NLA, commented: "With around 80 per cent of NLA members either expecting to expand their lettings portfolio or maintain current levels over the next few years, this is an ideal time to have a dedicated sourcing and quotation system where they can search for the buy-to-let mortgage products which suit their individual circumstances."
Those who are not members of the NLA can pay a joining up fee of £88 in order to benefit from the cashback offer.
