A nationwide chain of letting agents has unveiled the new boards it will be using to advertise available properties on the street.
The new managing director of the Belvoir chain Dorian Gonsalves is behind the plan to give the brand a new look, with the striking red boards part of the development of the company.
He moved into the position recently after the letting agent's founder Mike Goddard stepped down in order to take up the new position of network chairman, reports the Negotiator.
Mr Gonsalves commented: "The design of our To Let board has not changed since 2002 and while we believe brand consistency is key, we also want to show we are a modern and evolving company."
As well as the bright red visage of the letting agent's new signs, they are adorned with an exclamation mark.
Belvoir was founded more than 15 years ago by Mr Goddard and his wife Stephanie and now has over 130 branches all over the UK.
