My London Home scoops letting agent award

My London Home has scooped a Gold award at the ESTAs 2010, an awards ceremony which honours estate and letting agents.
The London letting agent won its regional category, beating off competition from Living Residential and Crompton Estates, which won the Silver and Bronze prizes respectively.
It marks a huge success for My London Home, which did not come in the top three at last year's awards.
On that occasion, Crompton Estates came out on top, with Living Residential in second place.
Phil Spencer from Channel 4's property programme Location, Location, Location was on hand to present the awards at the Marriott Hotel in Mayfair.
He said: "These awards help agencies to focus on customer service levels, and that's why agencies keep coming back, and that's why we see such raw emotion when the winners are announced."
More than 19,000 votes were cast by estate and letting agent customers in order to decide the winners of the prizes.
