Letting agent Leaders expands portfolio

Letting agent Leaders has expanded its business by taking control of the portfolio of Indigo House Sales and Lettings in Southampton.

Sue Rule, the area manager of the letting agent, welcomed the new tenants and landlords to the company.

She said: "Over the many years we have been established in Southampton we have built up strong relationships with landlords, tenants, estate agents and local employers."

Ms Rule added that the acquisition of Indigo House Sales and Lettings places Leaders right at the forefront of the letting agent market in Southampton.

She explained that Leaders offers "the best choice of quality properties and an unrivalled knowledge of lettings".

Two senior members of staff from Indigo House Sales and Lettings - portfolio manager Melanie Wright and Beverley Nias, the lettings consultant/property manager - will join the Leaders team in Ocean Village as part of the move.

Last month, the letting agent took control of the Chamberlain Limited in East Grinstead portfolio, as well as that of Bray Estates in Dorking.
