Letting agent 'delighted' with award win

A letting agent has expressed its delight at winning an award for its services.
Martin and Co of Telford scooped Gold for the Central region at the Estate and Letting Agent Awards 2010, which were hosted by television presenter Phil Spencer in London.
The managing director of the Martin and Co branch Bill Benson told the Shropshire Star that he wanted to thank his staff for all their hard work.
"Most importantly, I have been overwhelmed by the landlords and how sincere they have been congratulating us on our achievement," he added.
Mr Benson explained that one of the reasons the letting agent won the regional award was that it offers a high level of customer service to clients.
Martin and Co also took the Silver prize for best large letting agent, being beaten only by Countrywide Residential Lettings.
Branches around the country also won prizes for the letting agent, with Weymouth, Belfast, Glasgow South, Oxford and Livingston & Falkirk all taking awards.
