The newly-established accreditation for gas safety in the UK, the Gas Safe Register, is holding a number of roadshows for landlords and other members of the public in the coming weeks.
One major property management responsibility is the upkeep of gas services and the supply of gas safety certificates - and the special events will inform landlords about what they need to do to comply with regulations.
Gas Safe Register replace the long-running Corgi gas scheme on April 1st this year, so some landlords will only just be coming to terms with the legislation.
Representatives from the national body will be holding the shows at Birmingham's Bullring on May 30th, St David's in Cardiff on June 6th and Lakeside in Essex one week later.
Glasgow and Manchester have already hosted similar event this month.
Landlords who visit will get the chance to learn more about the new register, as well as being pointed in the right direction for Gas Safe-registered engineers and other important information.
