London estate agent Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward has opened two new branches and is refurbishing and in some cases increasing the size of existing offices.
The two new branches are in Crystal Palace – an opening which had been mothballed – and Ealing. The firm says more branches are set to open within the next year.
A refurbishment programme for all of the existing branches is also continuing.
Managing director Lee Watts said: “Over the past three years, the company has invested £8m in its refurbishment and new office programme. This investment will continue to strengthen our brand and profile, as well as our share of the London market.”
The company has 50 branches across the capital, employing over 450 people.
