Those who are looking to invest in UK property should ensure that they are in it for the long-haul, due to the current uncertain climate in the market.
That is the advice of Brett Wood, managing director and owner of YourPropertyClub.com, who maintained that it was important for property investors to take a long-term view.
He explained that, although UK house prices were currently falling, the cycle of the market dictated that they would increase again once demand for housing is stimulated.
Mr Wood commented: "The fundamental thing now, if you're going to invest in property, is that you have to take a long-term view of it. That's not just in this market, that's in any market - you should always take a long-term view.
"Yes, prices may drop, but whatever you're buying now will be the lowest it will be for a while. It may drop down temporarily, but then it will have to quicklycome back up."
