Expansion for block management firm

Cambridge-based Encore Estate Management has expanded into London with the acquisition of JP Management.
 
Encore, part of the Chard Robinson Group in Cambridge, which includes letting agents Accent Property Management, specialises in estate and block management.

JP Management, founded and owned by John Peartree, was a retirement sale.

Its portfolio, which Encore has taken over, includes blocks of flats in the City, West End and Wimbledon.
