Deadline nearing for individual nominations in ESTAs

As announced in a previous story on EAT, the ESTAs are introducing individual categories highlighting the efforts of staff at the agencies who take part in the scheme.
For each region there will be shortlisted bronze, silver and gold rankings, and there will also be a national gold, silver and bronze ESTA to be presented by Phil Spencer next April in London.
Agents who want their staff to be eligible for the individual category must sign up for the ESTAs by July 31. There is no extra cost for this category.
Simon Brown, owner of the awards, said: “Staying true to our philosophy of selecting winners based on the feedback from clients, staff from agencies that have signed up for the 2011 awards will have the chance to be recognised locally and nationally for their hard work.
“Each gold winner will be entitled to use the ESTA initials on their professional signature and we hope in time this will become a mark of personal excellence recognised by the industry and consumers alike.
“We hope this will further help to motivate all staff to concentrate on the customer service aspect of their role.”
