Letting agents will be given the opportunity to air their views at an upcoming conference.
The event, which is organised by Arla, brings letting agents together from around the country to debate issues that affect the industry.
An exhibition will also give letting agents the chance to test out new technologies such as property management systems that can help their businesses to become more efficient.
The event, which is regularly attended by more than 400 delegates, will be held at Novotel London West in Hammersmith on March 2nd 2010.
Hot topics for the day are likely to include regulation and how changes will continue to affect letting agents, as well as the upcoming general election, which could change the face of the industry depending on which political party wins.
The state of the rental market will also be debated, with Mike Goddard, chief executive of letting agent Belvoir, stating to The Franchise Magazine that there had never been a better time to be a landlord or a tenant.
