Lettings agents in the north of the country have been benefiting from a service which claims to help them to furnish their properties for less outlay.
Bingley-based Kit It Out is a bespoke furnishing service which lettings agents can offer to their customers.
Following trials with 11 lettings agents across the M62 corridor, it is now being rolled in Yorkshire, the North East and North West.
Julie Salter of Kit It Out told residentiallandlord.com: "We started a pilot scheme earlier this year in close collaboration with 11 letting agent branches across the M62 corridor and the North East that gives agents the opportunity to introduce bespoke furniture packages into their portfolio of services.
"The feedback after just a few months was excellent and it’s now being rolled out across all of Sequence’s branches in the North West, Yorkshire & North East with a particular focus on their city centre presences."
