Automatic upload service to Google is free for all agents

Following the launch of Google’s Map Search, software provider thebu2iness.com has announced what it claims is the only completely free automatic property upload service to the new Google facility – and one that is only for agents.



“Although all our existing clients have already had their properties uploading to Google for the last few months in preparation for this launch, we are now the only provider offering a completely free facility for any agents who want to have their properties automatically showing on Google Map Search,” said Charlie Wright, founder of thebu2iness.



He said this service is intended for agents who are currently uploading manually to their chosen portals and who don’t have any automatic uploading tools. The service also includes automatic free uploads to all the other major portals including Rightmove, Primelocation, Zoopla, FindaProperty and Globrix.

“This service is completely free, requires no contract, and will never be charged for,” assures Wright. “Any agent who wants to use the service simply needs to go to our website, click on the ‘Free Service’ link, set up an account and begin uploading properties to it.

"Once all their properties are uploaded, activating the Google feed is done with a click of the mouse and will happen automatically for any new properties or price changes.”

He said agents around the country have already been taking advantage of this free portal upload service for more than two years now, without paying a single penny.

“But the announcement of the free Google upload service is sure to be a welcome addition both for their existing clients and agents who are currently spending time manually uploading to different portals,” said Wright.

He said the free upload service makes him no money but acts as a useful introduction to his firm’s other services, for which clients pay a monthly subscription.
