The Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA) is inviting landlords to participate in its latest survey to assess the mood in the UK lettings and rental markets.
Among the areas which landlords are quizzed on for the survey, which will be posted on ARLA's site in mid-September, is whether they intend to add to their property portfolio in future as well as their reasons for entering the lettings sector.
They will also be asked how they feel the influx of people from EU countries has affected the rental market.
The survey is aimed principally at residential landlords, which the firm defines as being "anyone who owns one or more properties that they let out".
Participants can choose to be entered into a prize draw to win one of five £20 vouchers to spend with online entertainment retailer Amazon.
